UPDATE: JUNE 2, 2021

We are happy to tell you that the concerts with the ANTONIO FARAÒ TRIO - originally planned to take place in the Jazzzelt - will instead take place in Marians Jazzroom.

The concert times stay the same: The concerts are taking place from Thursday through Saturday. Per day, there will be 2 concerts, the first one at 6.30 p.m. (doors 6.00 p.m.) and the second one at 8.30 p.m. (doors 8.00 p.m.).

The ticket sales – via SeeTickets – have started  Further details about the concerts can be found under "Program" as usual.

The currently valid rules from May 31st on allow us to do concerts in the club with a maximum capacity of 50% - with one seat space between audience members / parties.

We are fortunate to now be able to present our concerts within the familiar four walls of Marians Jazzroom. The maximum capacity for these concerts still is 50 seats.

We are also able to offer drinks during the concerts. We will offer a slightly reduced drink menu. Contact tracing for all audience members is mandatory.

Ticketing:
We hope for your understanding that given the short termed, but very positive news last week, your booked table number (from the Jazzzelt seating plan) will be transposed to the tables in Marians Jazzroom, which will bear the same table numbers as are on your tickets as originally bought.

After these remaining three concert days, we will close our doors for summer break. The next season will start on August 31st with the concerts of the 46th International Jazzfestival Bern.

Marians Jazzroom

Marians Jazzroom, since 1992

Marians Jazzroom is a concert club that presents two concerts daily (with the exception of Sunday and Monday) from September through the end of May each year.

The musicians that appear in Marians (of Jazzfestival-niveau) are top stars on the international Jazz and Blues scene, that usually cannot be seen or heard in such an intimate setting. The program changes weekly and encompasses Jazz, Gospel, Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, etc.

The concerts start at 7.30 and 9.30 PM (10.00 PM on weekends) and last 75 minutes each. The second concert of the evening usually has a reduced rate - check the individual weeks for pricing details. As seats are limited, we highly recommend buying your ticket in advance.

Marians Jazzroom first opened its doors in December 1992 and has since gained a reputation as being one of the best Jazz clubs in the world. It presents world-class musicians in a warm ambience at reasonable prices.
